Onion Bread

Makes 1kg loaf

1x large onion, chopped small
1-2 segments garlic
oil for frying
big dessert spoon horseradish
500g flour (eg 300g wholemeal, 200g white)
300ml ''cold'' water (warm water seems to set the yeast off to early for a breadmaker)
7g packet 'active' yeast

Fry onions until brown, add chopped garlic, fry for another 2 mins. Let it cool.
Add everything to breadmaker.

Notes

* Warm water and frying-pan hot onions seems to set the yeast off too early.
* Check tackiness early on as sometimes too much oil makes the mixture a bit greasy.
